Then there was the moment today when the recipe called for grated lemon peel.

I got rid of my grater.

I was planning on grating all my cheese with my food processor; kind of forgot about the occasional lemon recipe...

Did you know you can use a peeler, peel off a thin slice of the lemon peel, then cut it up with a knife and it the pie will still taste great?!  :D

I do plan on getting one of those mini-graters.
