Soaking everything in it's path and spreading quickly the water from the faucet handles dripped and splashed with abandon.
Discovered and denied escape any longer the water was stopped by the installation of a new faucet and handles.
My husband left the holes in the wall open to keep an eye on the pipes for possible water escapes.
Here's our new shower head and faucet, much nicer than the previous cheap plastic one, and as always there's a story here:
When my husband first saw the previous shower head and handles, his very first comment was "those are so cheap; they're just going to break". Typical response from my analytical husband. I responded in typical me fashion: "but they're already installed and you'd have to take the wall apart to change them out".
We did get to move into our house sooner than we would have if we'd changed that faucet out early on, but no new construction was done this whole last weekend.
All in all, I am thankful we can live in our tiny house right now despite the trial of living in a unfinished tiny house while you are trying to finish it.
