I commented this morning, "It's starting to rain."
To which my son replied, "Look for the rainbow!"
Sure enough, as we turned in to the Lowe's parking lot, there was a rainbow stretching across the sky.
As the frustrations of my week continued -- washing machine filter clogging, resituating everything to clean up water spills, shelves falling off the walls, baking catastrophes, rain on freshly stained boards -- I needed this reminder to "Look for the Rainbow".
Even as I write this I am sitting in my loft looking out my window because we repositioned the bed to make this possible. I'm sitting next to my son as he works on his school work (with a good attitude!!) and haven't received any calls from the principal at my daughters school (yeah, it's been a tough week with school stuff too). My dishes are washed and the washer/dryer finished drying the clothes.
AND "all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose".
Look for the Rainbows!
